"Poor customer service"
The product is decent, although you have to be very careful the tubing doesn't touch bare skin. It will quickly degrade and crack if it does. Getting service or repair is a nightmare. They make you jump through a bunch of hoops. Their entire customer service experience is antiquated.

"Need a stethoscope? Trust Littmann only."
As a medical student, this would be the best stethoscope you could have. For me and honestly, nothing could beat Littmann when it comes to stethoscopes. Once I finish school, I'm gonna have the CORE Digital.
